Grandma: Hey, it’s grandma. Hey, it’s grandma here again. Mary said she want to call me with something called Skype. Could you tell me what is Skype?

Grandson: Skype is a service that is pre-installed on many computers. If your computer does not have Skype, you can download it online for free and create your own Skype account. If you and your friend are both using Skype, the call is completely free. Skype also allows you to make video calls and share your screen. It is even possible to have many people in a call at once.

Grandma: So after I have downloaded Skype on my computer and created a free Skype account, Mary can make a Skype video call and I will see her right away on my screen?
